In 2012, a mountain biking accident left me with a broken arm in three places and a third-degree AC separation. I was four weeks from opening my own practice, my partner was deploying to Afghanistan, and I was facing a long recovery with no support.
Surgery didn’t feel right, so I found another way.
Within three sessions of regenerative injection therapy, I was out of my sling and carrying my own bags through the south of France.
That experience changed everything I thought I knew about what the human body can do. And it became the foundation of everything we do at RISE.
I graduated from Bastyr University in 2012 (considered the top naturopathic medical institution in the country) and have spent the last 13 years building my practice in Seattle at the forefront of regenerative medicine.
The therapies that are having a cultural moment right now — peptides, HBOT, PRP, bioidentical hormones — we’ve been using them for years. Not because they’re trending, but because they work.
At RISE, we don’t wait for mainstream medicine to catch up.
Because more than any credential, I know what it feels like to be told there are no other options, and to have to advocate for treatment that actually heals.
I know the fear of a diagnosis, the grief of a body that doesn’t feel like yours, the exhaustion of trying everything and still not having answers.
I’ve sat with thousands of women who arrived exactly where you are right now. And I’ve seen what’s possible when someone finally stays in the room long enough to find the answer.
Regenerative medicine is an approach to healthcare focused on supporting the body’s own healing mechanisms rather than managing symptoms or masking them. At RISE, that means advanced therapies including PRP (platelet-rich plasma), prolotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, effective peptide protocols, bioidentical hormone therapy, and functional lab testing—all working together to restore function, reduce pain, and optimize how you feel.
We’re not here to cut the wires of the fire alarm while the house burns to the ground. We’re here to find the fire and put it out.
RISE is a cash-pay practice, and that’s intentional. Insurance models dictate what gets ordered, what gets approved, and how long a provider gets to spend with you. Stepping outside that system means we can run the labs we actually think you need, spend real time with you, and recommend what’s right for your body (not just what’s covered).
We offer customized receipts that you can submit for reimbursement. HSA and FSA funds are welcome, and we discuss in detail what your investment looks like before we get started.
Most new patients begin with a complimentary consultation with Dr. Storm so she can understand where you’re at and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll likely recommend a full panel of functional lab work so your body can tell us exactly where it needs support. Every treatment plan is uniquely built from that foundation. We’re not here to upsell you on care you don’t need. If something isn’t right for your body or your goals, we’ll tell you that too.
It depends entirely on what we’re treating. Scar injection therapy can produce noticeable changes within the first few sessions. Hormone rebalancing is typically a 3–6 month span, with many patients noticing shifts in energy and mood within the first four to six weeks. Regenerative injection therapies like PRP for joint repair typically require a series of treatments over eight to twelve weeks. We’ll always set realistic expectations and track your progress with labs.
