What Is Regenerative Medicine?

Your body isn’t broken. It’s asking for support.

Regenerative medicine is a return to the most fundamental principle of wellness: the human body is extraordinarily capable of healing itself.

The traditional healthcare system focuses on masking symptoms. Regenerative medicine identifies the reason your body isn’t healing, and addresses the cause at the root.

At RISE Regenerative Medicine in Seattle, our job is to figure out what’s blocking your body from healing, build a plan around what it actually needs, and walk alongside you while it does what it does best.

Practically speaking, that looks like:

  • Injecting your own healing cells directly into damaged tissue to stimulate repair from the inside out
  • Using proven therapies like Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBOT) and XERF skin tightening that accelerate healing at the cellular level
  • Running the labs that other doctors won’t—and using lab ranges that are optimal, not “normal”—to give you a full-picture look at your hormones, gut function, inflammation, and metabolism
  • Treating scars that no one else thought to treat (but might be standing in the way of your recovery)
  • Customizing every part of care for your body, your labs, your goals—your life

Peptides, HBOT, PRP, bioidentical hormones—you may be seeing them everywhere now. We’ve been using these therapies for years. Not because they’re popular, but because they work.

This is what healing is supposed to look like.

What We Believe

After 13 years and over 2,000 patients served, these are the truths we keep coming back to.
A woman lies on her side in bed under white blankets, facing away with her back exposed and her head resting on a pillow, in a cozy bedroom reminiscent of the quiet charm found in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood—an inviting scene that evokes both comfort and health.
The body is a damn miracle.

It knows exactly what to do to heal. Our job isn’t to override it. It’s to find what’s blocking it, give it what it’s missing, and get out of the way.

Health crises are inflection points, not endpoints.
A surgery. A diagnosis. A hormonal shift. These aren’t the end of your story. With the right support, this is where your story gets good.
Woman with vitiligo wearing a pink sports bra stands against a gray background, touching her face with one hand and looking to the side, embodying the strength and resilience supported by naturopathic pain care.
You deserve someone who keeps looking.
You’ve been dismissed long enough. At RISE, we ask the right questions, run the right labs, and don’t stop until we find the answer.
A person with white-painted nails applies lotion to their bare shoulder, partially visible against a neutral background—a subtle nod to the refined aesthetics found in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood.
Healing is personal. So is care.
We won’t be glancing at a clipboard to remember your name. We know your story, your goals, and where you want to go. You are a whole person, and that is how we treat you.

Meet Dr. Storm, Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Sierra Storm is a board and state certified Naturopathic Physician and the founder of RISE. She came to regenerative medicine through her own experience with an injury that left her facing surgery she didn’t want. Leading her to find a better answer.

She has spent 13 years building a practice in Seattle at the forefront of regenerative medicine. At the heart of her care is this belief: every person who walks through the door deserves to feel genuinely seen, cared for, and supported in finding their way back to themselves.

RISE also connects with local providers through the RISE Practitioner Networking Group.

Our Signature Services

Whatever brought you here — a surgery, a scar, hormonal changes, a body that doesn’t feel like yours anymore — there’s a path forward. Our services are designed to work in harmony together to restore you back to your whole, vibrant self.

C-Section Recovery & Scar Therapy

Your post C-section care ended with discharge papers and a referral to pelvic PT. Nobody addressed the physical and emotional scars the surgery left behind. The pain, numbness, hormonal shifts, birth trauma, and the parts of yourself you haven’t felt since delivery is exactly where we begin.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Seattle proper’s only medical grade HBOT provider. We use hyperbaric oxygen therapy to accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, improve cognitive function, and amplify the results of everything else we do.
XERF Skin Tightening

Non-surgical skin tightening that works at the deepest tissue level. We were the first clinic in Seattle to offer XERF skin tightening, using radiofrequency energy to lift, firm, and restore skin at the structural layer.

Person’s hands holding a printed document with charts and graphs on a white table, highlighting data related to health trends. Only the hands and part of the paper are visible, adding a clean and minimalistic aesthetic reminiscent of Queen Anne style simplicity.
Hormone Health & Functional Lab Testing
If you’ve been told your labs are normal and you still feel terrible, you haven’t had the right labs run (DUTCH, GI-MAP, blood tests, and more). We find what others miss by referencing optimal lab value ranges and building a protocol around what your body actually needs.
A woman wearing black gloves examines another woman’s neck in a well-lit room with plants and shelves in the background, demonstrating attentive pain care.
Surgery Prevention & Regenerative Pain Care
You don’t have to choose between living in pain and undergoing surgery. Regenerative injection therapies like PRP and prolotherapy heal damaged tissue, so you can recover from injury and pain at double speed, without the downtime.

Regenerative Aesthetics
The desire to look like your best self again is as valid as any other wellness goal. Our 4-part regenerative skin protocol combines PRP, PDGF, microneedling, XERF, PRX, and HydraFacials to address every layer of skin at the cellular level. Because vibrant, healthy cells are the foundation of radiant, glowing skin.

Let’s Find Out What's Possible For Your Body

If you’ve left appointment after appointment with no real solution, we’d like to offer you a different conversation. The answers exist, and we’re dedicated to finding them.

Still Have Questions? Good. We Like Those.

What is regenerative medicine, exactly?

Regenerative medicine is an approach to healthcare focused on supporting the body’s own healing mechanisms rather than managing symptoms or masking them. At RISE, that means advanced therapies including PRP (platelet-rich plasma), prolotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, effective peptide protocols, bioidentical hormone therapy, and functional lab testing—all working together to restore function, reduce pain, and optimize how you feel.

We’re not here to cut the wires of the fire alarm while the house burns to the ground. We’re here to find the fire and put it out.

RISE is a cash-pay practice, and that’s intentional. Insurance models dictate what gets ordered, what gets approved, and how long a provider gets to spend with you. Stepping outside that system means we can run the labs we actually think you need, spend real time with you, and recommend what’s right for your body (not just what’s covered).

We offer customized receipts that you can submit for reimbursement. HSA and FSA funds are welcome, and we discuss in detail what your investment looks like before we get started.

Most new patients begin with a complimentary consultation with Dr. Storm so she can understand where you’re at and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll likely recommend a full panel of functional lab work so your body can tell us exactly where it needs support. Every treatment plan is uniquely built from that foundation. We’re not here to upsell you on care you don’t need. If something isn’t right for your body or your goals, we’ll tell you that too.

It depends entirely on what we’re treating. Scar injection therapy can produce noticeable changes within the first few sessions. Hormone rebalancing is typically a 3–6 month span, with many patients noticing shifts in energy and mood within the first four to six weeks. Regenerative injection therapies like PRP for joint repair typically require a series of treatments over eight to twelve weeks. We’ll always set realistic expectations and track your progress with labs.

RISE Regenerative Medicine is located in Queen Anne, Seattle at 500 Aloha St, Suite C2, Seattle WA 98109. We serve patients throughout Seattle and the surrounding areas. Our services are hands-on and in-person. This is the kind of care that works best in a room together.
